Hey Girls, I am writing a review after so long. I missed IMBB so much!!! Anyway, my aunt came back from the US and gifted me this eyeliner. Palladio is not that well-known in India as it is not available here, my first ever product of Palladio was Wet and Dry Dual Rice Face Foundation. I fell in love with it, but I forgot it in a rickshaw 🙁

The Palladio Liquid Eyeliner comes in a sleek and classy opaque plastic bottle with a long liner wand. The liner tip is a pointed sponge applicator. The eyeliner’s texture is very smooth, water based, gives an effect of an eyeliner pencil.  It also does get smudged (like an eyeliner pencil) if rubbed. It does not crack and fall off in pieces (gala eyeliners!! :P).  I have been using this eyeliner for almost 3 months and still a lot of it is left.

My Experience with Palladio Liquid Eyeliner – Black:

I really like this eyeliner, it glides smoothly without any hassle. It smudges only if you rub your eyes. It does not transfer on clothes. Since it is herbal, it does sting the eyes a little bit, but once you get used to the slight stinging, it will not bother you. The product claims to be smear proof, which is nonsense. It smears (only if rubbed, not by itself), but when it smears, it does not mess up your eyes as it is water based, so one stroke of a tissue and the eyeliner disappears. The eyeliner after applied acts like an eye pencil and is matte in its texture. Thus, I love to use it when I go for the smoky eye look.

Cons of Palladio Liquid Eyeliner – Black:

• Smears and smudges (only if rubbed).
• Not highly pigmented.
• Some might not like the stinging feeling.
