Palladio Ruby Red Herbal Lip Gloss Review

When I first heard about a herbal lip gloss, I was not sure if it would be up to the mark, but Palladio Herbal Lip Gloss stands tall to its claims and it is a lovely gloss with a pretty red sheen.

My Take on Palladio Ruby Red Herbal Lip Gloss:

I wasn’t sure if a herbal lip gloss would actually work. I also had doubts on the pigmentation and Palladio being a not-so-known brand, I also had doubts about its overall quality.  I am happy to note that this lip gloss actually surpassed all my expectations and it does a marvelous job!

To start with, it’s name has herbal in it. I don’t know what they mean by herbal lip gloss, but anyway, that sounds good.

Second, as compared to many lip glosses, this one is quite pigmented. It is certainly not as pigmented as Revlon lip glosses, but it is better than Maybelline and Lotus glosses.

The best thing is that it is quite moisturizing. Like it claims, it does not itch on the lips and nor it causes any dryness. It is infact very moisturizing and you can wear it alone. I have dry lips but I still wear it on its own and I am good to go. There is no need to wear a lip balm underneath this gloss.

Staying power is okay. Like other lips glosses. It stays for over 2 -3 hours and then leaves a light stain for another half and hour before it finally vanishes off.

Shade is a very pretty ruby red. It is subtle red and not fiery red. On lips, it gives a red blush, so ideal day wear or an evening wear with dramatic eyes.

In my opinion, the shade would suit all Indian skin types.  It feels very light on the lips and is not sticky unlike many other glosses. Also, it does not bleed which is another plus. Since it is a gloss, it transfers but still not that much.

I have been using it for over a year now so much so that its label has disappeared and I am very pleased.

Go, get this one. At this price, this is the best lip gloss available with moisturizing properties.
