How are you all? I am writing a review after a long time. It was a kind of maternity break. Yes, I gave birth to a baby girl last year in May and now I am back to my favourite blog.I did read IMBB once in a while but now I am here to participate actively. So many things happened in this time. I have to catch up everything.
Now without wasting much time, let me start with the review of Palmer’s Cocoa butter formula Tummy Butter for stretch marks.
INR 570 /- for 125 grams.
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter Advanced Formula with Bio C-Elaste is widely recommended for stretch marks during and after pregnancy and weight loss. Bio C-Elaste is a powerful combination of Collagen, Elastin, Centella Asiatica,Sweet Almond Oil and Argan Oil.The addition of soothing Lavender makes tummy butter a relaxing night time treatment.
My Experience with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks:
I was really worried about stretch marks from the very start of my pregnancy. I started applying olive oil on my tummy and thighs for the first three months of pregnancy. Then fourth month onwards, I started applying Palmer’s tummy butter two times a day on my tummy and thighs.
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter comes in a transparent tub packaging with a metal lid. The colour is almost same like butter, light pale yellow. Now coming to the fragrance, it’s heavenly and so yummy. It smells like sweet caramel. I just loved the smell. Whenever I felt low, I just sniffed this and my mood uplifted. Though some might not be able to bear the sweet smell because of pregnancy, it depends on person to person.
The texture of Palmer’s tummy butter is not that soft. In cold weather, I had to scrape it off from the tub, so it’s better to use a spoon to take out the tummy butter. It’s really thick in consistency which is good because my skin needed something like this for deep moisturisation.
After applying, it does feels greasy, but gets absorbed by the skin slowly. It moisturises the skin for a longer time. I never thought that my skin will become so dry in pregnancy, but it did. This butter kept my tummy soft for a long time and a mild sweet fragrance always stayed with me. In pregnancy, as the tummy area stretches, the skin feels very itchy. Palmer’s tummy butter also helps in getting rid of that itchy feeling.
I had used it for 5 months and as the delivery date was coming closer, I became lazy to use it on my tummy. But despite the miss, it helped me in maintaining the elasticity and I just have very small, 2-3 stretch marks on my lower abdomen.
Yes, Palmer’s tummy butter did help me in avoiding stretch marks in pregnancy and I am still using it on my hips area to get rid of old stretch marks. The marks have lightened a bit but won’t go away because they are some 10-year-old marks.

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks?
Yes, I will recommend it to avoid stretch marks in early stage of pregnancy and but I don’t think it would help much in getting rid of very old stretch marks.
