I do not stay in a very cold place, but I can imagine what skin goes through in cold regions, especially to those ladies who have to work on wet floors or drive a two wheeler in this cold weather. Today, I’ll be reviewing a cream perfect for very cold regions and dry winters: “Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E Daily Skin Therapy Heals, Softens and relieves rough dry skin”.

My Experience with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E Daily Skin Therapy:
First, let me clear out one big point here; the cream is not for areas which are mildly cold, it is suitable for areas which are too cold and dry. If you have a very dry skin, you can still give it a shot during winters alone. Definitely not all year round product. This is the correct time to review the product, as winters are in their max and will last for a month or two in colder regions.
Moving on, the bottle is quite big to last one complete season. It comes packed in a transparent plastic sheet, which is not very classy. But, palmer’s has never been too focused on pretty packaging. Their signature white flat bottles speak for itself. So, the bottle is white with a flip cap and stickers of details on either side, nothing fancy or too much but basic.
I am obsessed with shea butter and this was my main reason to buy this cream. I am particularly not calling it lotion because, lotions are lighter and a mix of water and droplets of oil. This one is a cream, much heavier and creamy, thus suited for dry and cold winters. The flip cap is sturdy and closes with a click sound, thus making the lock safe.
The cream is coloured in very light butterscotch kind of shade, because of cocoa in it. After spreading, it is colorless and no color tinge can be seen anywhere. The fragrance is so nutty and chocolatey that you can’t resist from smelling your hand like a thousand times after applying. My daughter just loves to open the flip cap and smell the cream all the time.
The consistency is thick and it gets spread evenly on the skin leaving yummiest fragrance of all. It does not make the skin feel sticky, but soft and supple. It gets absorbed in few minutes leaving a hydrated body.
