My Experience with Palmolive Naturals Milk and Olive Smooth Moisture Body Wash:
The body wash comes in a small oval-shaped white colored plastic bottle. It has a flip top cap which shuts pretty tightly making this bottle fit for carrying around. Also, there are various size options available. The entire product-related information is printed at the back of the bottle. Overall, the packaging is nice and I couldn’t find any flaws.
This is a “milk and olive” variant which is supposed to provide good moisturization to the skin. I am in love with scented body washes and shower gels. This body wash smells so fresh. The smell is typical floral and instantly revives the senses. The smell is slightly strong and may irritate people with sensitive noses, but I personally love my shower gels and lotions to be strongly scented. Every shower product, which smells nice, perks up my dull mood. After a tiring day, I always need a relaxing bath and these scented shower gels from Palmolive make it even more relaxing. The fragrance is so calming and instantly revives the senses. The smell refreshes dull mood and makes me feel so good and happy. Though, I love fruity scents more than floral scents, I am absolutely in love with the fragrance of this body wash. Though, it smells great but its downside is the low staying power.
The body wash is white in color with a little greenish hue. It is creamy in texture and feels so smooth. It spreads easily on the skin, but it is slightly runny in consistency so I prefer to pour some amount on my loofah to prevent product wastage. A coin-sized amount is more than enough to lather and to cleanse entire body properly. It creates a lot of foam and cleanses the body nicely. This body wash is capable of gently cleansing the skin without drying it out. It takes away all the dirt and grime and leaves my skin squeaky clean.
The body wash is easy to wash off and it does not leave any slippery feel behind. The body wash is enriched with the goodness of milk and olives. Both of them are well known for their skin moisturizing and nourishing properties. It keeps my skin hydrated for pretty long. Skin does not feel dry or stretchy post washing and I do not need a moisturizer immediately, but my skin gets dry after some 2 hours or so and need a moisturizer, but this is perfectly fine as this is a body wash not a moisturizer from which we should expect long-lasting moisturization.
