Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Review
I will be reviewing the Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Treatment for dry and damaged hair. I have been using heat on my hair very often recently. I have been straightening and curling my hair quite frequently and it has left my otherwise healthy hair dry, especially at the ends. I had been using Dove Damage Therapy and L’Occitane hair mask previously and was looking for a good but affordable alternative. I have not had much luck with Pantene products before, but this is an exception. I have read good reviews about this product and wanted to try it. I have seen this product around for quite a while now. It comes in a tube and stands out at drugstores. I have also seen them in packs of three. Let us see whether this product worked/or not for me.
Revitalise your hair from damage. Use 3 Minute Miracle to revitalise your hair from damage. Developed specifically to work with Pantene shampoo and conditioner, it’s the final stage in leaving your hair looking and feeling beautiful.
This product should be used weekly after shampoo and conditioner according to the instructions. It comes in a 15 ml twist off tube and it promises to help and repair dry and damaged hair. Contains pro vitamins and vitamin E to make hair stronger and prevent further damage.
AUD 2 for one tube and AUD 7.99 for a pack of three.
Water, Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone, Stearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetyl Alcohol, Fragrance, Benzyl Alcohol, Disodium EDTA, Panthenol, Panthenyl Ethyl Ether, Lysine HCI, Methyl Tyrosinate HCI, Sodium Hydroxide, Histidine, Tocopheryl Acetate, Methylchloroisothiazolinone/Methylisothiazolinone.
My Experience with Pantene 3 Minute Miracle:
This product comes in a small tube with a small flip off cap. I have shoulder length hair and one tube can be used twice. I opened the tube into a plastic jar and stored it till another use. The product is white in colour and is of a thick creamy consistency. I skip conditioner when using this product. That is what I always do with any hair mask. After shampooing, I use either a conditioner or a mask, not one on top of the other. The smell is the typical Pantene fragrance, but it is toned down. I applied it on hair after squeezing out excess water, waited for around 5 minutes, and washed it off.
My hair felt well moisturized instantly. After drying my hair and especially on the second day, I felt my hair was smoother and almost frizz free. There was also an added shine to it. Hair also felt stronger for some reason and flyaways were reduced. I have used this once a week for almost a month and felt that my hair, especially towards the ends (the dry and damaged bit) was repaired to some extent. I didn’t have many split ends, so cannot comment on that aspect. This also reduced hair loss indirectly to some extent. That it , because my wavy hair was smoothed, and tangle free, less hair loss was observed while combing.
However, the effect lasts till I continuously use the 3 minute miracle. It doesn’t repair hair completely.
Pros of Pantene 3 Minute Miracle:
- Makes hair smooth and frizz free.
- Tames fly-away hair.
- Repairs hair structure and damage is reduced.
- Because of the tube format, it is very apt for travel.
- Lightly fragranced.
- Does not irritate scalp or hair at all.
Cons of Pantene 3 Minute Miracle:
- The treatment should be continued each week to see results, does not give permanent results.
- The tube does not have a cap/lid; it has a breakable lid and the tube cannot be closed again to store the rest of the product. This can easily be overcome by storing the product in a zip lock bag.
This is definitely a budget miracle. Reasonably priced, gives instant results and is easy to travel with.
