Parachute Advansed Coconut Milk Body Lotion Review

Like most out you here, I make it a point to consult IMBB before buying any product. Since I am with a limited budget, IMBB has always been my savior by telling me exactly where to spend and where to splurge. I have combination skin type with comparatively dry hands and feet. So the other day, when I was at the supermarket, I found this ‘Parachute Advansed Body Lotion’. It looked summery and was on sale. Since I had used other variants from this range, I thought of giving this a try. Later on, when I checked IMBB, I found that this particular lotion wasn’t reviewed. So here I am! 🙂

Price:
INR 160 for 250ml, but I got it at INR 125 

Directions of use:
For refreshed body skin, apply daily all over your body. Suitable for use by entire family.

My Experience with Parachute Advansed Coconut Milk Body Lotion:

The body lotion comes in their signature curvy green bottle (the dreamy hourglass figure *sigh*). The bottle has a flip cap which shuts firmly and can be easily carried in your bag while travelling. Iy has all the information regarding the product printed over it.

It has a very refreshing, soothing effect on skin. I use it after bath and before sleeping and my skin remains supple throughout. The hydration power is good, but dry skinned beauties would definitely need more moisture. If you are one of those people who want an inexpensive, non-greasy body lotion that quenches the thirst of your skin without making it oily and sweaty, then this could be the perfect solution for you. I have even applied it on sunburned skin and it instantly cooled the area. It is effective in the job it claims to do ‘REFRESH’! It is the perfect summer body lotion.

What I liked is that I never feel sticky or greasy after applying this as it gets absorbed within minutes. The product claims to contain double sunscreens, but I rarely use body lotions before going out. So I can’t really comment on its effectiveness as a body sunscreen.

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Parachute Advansed Coconut Milk Body Lotion?
Yes, because my oily skin and sweaty skin love it. Try it if you don’t need intense hydration. However that said, this is definitely a summer lotion, and not meant for the stretchy, dry skin of winters.
