Patanjali Damage Control Hair Conditioner Review

There are so many chemicals present in shampoos today, that make our hair frizzy, unmanageable, dry and even cause hair fall. Conditioning is important to protect our hair from all these problems. Conditioners help to keep some of our hair problems at bay and make them look soft, silky and manageable.

Few days back, I was at Patanjali store and saw a conditioner. And I thought to myself why not go for a herbal conditioner. So I picked Damage Control Hair Conditioner, they also have a Protein Conditioner and one more with almonds, but I can’t remember the name of the third one. 🙂

So let’s find out whether this conditioner is a thumbs up or thumbs down for me…

My experience with Patanjali Damage Control Hair Conditioner:

It comes in a sturdy tube packaging with a flip open cap and is creamy white in colour. First thing I noticed when I opened the tube was the fragrance. I absolutely fell in love with the fragrance of this conditioner. I washed my hair with L’Oreal Total Repair Shampoo and applied this conditioner on the tip of my hair. It spread easily and does not leave any residue behind, but you need a good amount of water to completely remove it from your hair. I loved the way my hair smelled after using it. The fragrance disappeared after about an hour. My hair felt smooth and silky but it did not impart any shine to my hair.

I loved the texture of the conditioner, it has a body lotion type creamy consistency. Coin sized amount is required for medium length hair. Its very creamy and spreads easily on the hair. It should be left on hair for 2 to 3 minutes to get perfectly absorbed in your hair.
