Most of us have some skin issues, like dry skin, oily skin, sensitive skin, acne-prone, blemishes, pigmentation, enlarged pores, dark spots and so on. Who does not DESIRE a perfect smooth and glowing skin. I came across a few tips on how to use to make face mask with papaya for smooth and glowing skin and would like to share the same with you all. Do read on for details on how to make papaya face masks at home.
Benefits of Using Papaya in Face Mask:
Papaya has amazing properties. Rich in nutrients, vitamins A and C and minerals. The potassium present in papaya hydrates skin, removes dullness and dryness. Antioxidants help reduce formation of free radicals responsible for premature ageing. Flavonoids help increase collagen production in the skin, making skin younger, smoother and softer. Ripe papaya contains BHA (beta hydroxy acid),which acts as a mild exfoliator. It gently removes the top layer of dead skin cells and gives way to new younger looking skin. Helps clear dirt and grime, which can cause acne and breakouts. Papaya contains a special enzyme called papain, which helps remove dead cells and other impurities present in the skin. It unclogs pores and removes excess sebum from the skin, which makes skin oily and prone to acne. Rich in healing enzymes, papaya can be also used to treat sunburns and soothe irritated skin. Papaya is useful to even skin tone by reducing dark spots and blemishes on the skin. Suitable for all skin types, very beneficial for the skin when used topically in the form of face mask.
