My Experience with Peter Thomas Roth Neuroliquid Volufill Youth Eye Serum:
The youth eye serum comes housed in a blue metal tube packaging. The applicator is a slant metal one through which the product comes out, this type of packaging is quite hygienic. The name of the brand and product are printed around the tube and the rest of the details are printed at the back of the tube.
The consistency of eye cream is similar to Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Eye Rescue Cream, it even has the same color. The scent is a very mild and fresh scent. When you apply this product under the eyes, it ha a glossy, dewy, plumping, and cooling effect.
I have sensitive eyes and this product does not irritate my eyes, which is a major plus for me. I don’t have major dark circles, but when I applied and left this eye serum overnight, there were no signs of puffiness. The area around my eye felt completely moisturized and supple. It looked smoother with regular use. It brightens up the eye area without irritating the sensitive and delicate skin around the eyes. I don’t have major wrinkles or fine lines, but it had plumped out the area around my eyes. It does not work like magic or overnight on dark circles or wrinkles.  Only with regular usage, you can see results.
This eye serum works like an eye mask, and I think it would work perfectly for the under eye area in winters. It also helps in reducing baggy eyes overnight.
