Product Purchased by IMBB
It has been a while since I wrote here and I really missed writing here. I had a lot going on lately, which kept me away from penning down the reviews of some amazing products that IMBB sweetly purchased for me. I got two products from Phil Smith, one being this. Before reviewing, I made sure to use the product thoroughly (read “under different conditions” 😀 ) to check how it works. So let’s get to the review.
501.50 INR for 75 ml.
Hello low-maintenance hair! This dry shampoo blitzes oily roots and leaves hair feeling fresh, clean and full of life. Who needs water? Instantly clean, fresh hair.

My Take on Phil Smith Be Gorgeous Dry Clean Revitalising Dry Shampoo:
This is my first ever dry shampoo, and I did love the bright pink packaging. The pink bottle has a plastic cap which is quite flimsy and it tends to come open at times. This probably is not too travel-friendly owing to the cap. The spray nozzle sprays the product with ease.
As this is my first try with dry shampoos, I did not have anything to compare it with; to decide if it’s better or worse at removing oiliness and all. I left my hair go all dirty to the maximum (skipped washing for a week!) and it literally looked like I can squeeze out oil from my scalp! Then I sprayed on this by creating sections. This has to be sprayed into the roots continuously, like a single long spray as short sprays do not work efficiently. After spraying, it needs to be quickly massaged into the roots or else it won’t work and ends up leaving a whitish cast.
On filthy and very oily hair, it does not work well enough and you can see the oiliness, but if the scalp is moderately oily, then it works well in removing it. I tried it under both conditions and in the latter one, my hair felt very smooth and silky compared to the former condition. The effect lasts for only two days, and after that, the same story repeats.
It has a fresh aroma and also leaves the scalp smelling good and feeling fresh. Another point worth mentioning is that it induced hair fall! My hair has been so well behaved for some months now and after I started with this, I am noticing some hair loss, thanks to the chemicals.
Overall, I can say I am quite happy with this dry shampoo, and all thanks to IMBB, I ventured into trying some new stuff.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Phil Smith Be Gorgeous Dry Clean Revitalising Dry Shampoo?
As I am not into dry shampoos, I would think twice before getting this one again since I did not like the after effects. I do recommend this as this is pretty decently priced when compared to others and it will be a good buy.
