My Experience with Philips BHD006/00 Essential Care Foldable Travel Hairdryer 1600W:
The hair dryer comes in a purple cardboard packaging. The hair dryer comes with a concentrator, a travel pouch and an instruction manual. The hair dryer is white in colour with a turquoise rim at its nozzle. The hair dryer is lightweight and easy to carry. It comes with a low noise feature; it does not create much noise and the noise is bearable. The concentrator is also translucent and turquoise in colour. The concentrator is narrow and gives focused airflow.
So, if you want more precise heat flow, use the concentrator. The other end of the hair dryer has a hanging loop. This loop makes the storage easier. The hair dryer comes with a long cord. It has an air inlet grill at its back. The hair dryer comes with 3 speed settings. One is for strong airflow for faster hair drying. The other one is constant caring temperature for efficient drying. The third one is the cool shot setting to set your style. It seals the cuticle & gives lustre to the hair.
The hair dryer folds with two folds and makes a click sound while folding. The hair dryer has 1600W power, which is ideal for use. With different heat settings, one can create different hairstyles. But it does not come with different airflow settings. So, this is the only con of this hair dryer. It dries up the hair pretty quickly with the first heat setting. It is very gentle to the hair.
It retains that glossiness in the hair. I have been using this one for almost 2 months now and I did not notice any kind of damage in my hair. I don’t prefer to use the second heat setting much. I use it very occasionally because it gives hot air blow. I am afraid of damaging my hair with hot air. The hair dryer comes with two years’ warranty. Overall, I am happy with the product & I have no complaints with this hair dryer.
