My Experience with Philosophy Purity Made Simple Facial Cleansing Cloths

If you are a makeup lover like me and love to use your face as a canvas all the time you know how important it is to take extra care of your face and be really thorough in removing it at the end of the day. Sleeping with makeup on is the worst thing you can do to your skin as it can clog pores and in turn leave you with a unhealthy skin prone to breakout and dullness. Butt let’s face it sometimes we are just too lazy or tired at the end of the day when all you want to do is hit the bed. Its on those days especially, this product comes to the rescue. I have had very good experience with the Philosophy products and had heard good reviews about the purity made simple line which prompted me to get this product.

Packaging:

These wipes come is a convenient pack of 30 count with a resealable flip top cap. This flip top cap comes very handy in helping the wipes stay moist and not dry out with continuous exposure to air. I do use a lot of long wear makeup and hence removing them at the end of the day can be a task. But these wipes make it seem so easy. The wipes itself are a generous sized cloth with a very soft and smooth surface. Feels super luxurious on the skin and doesn’t feel harsh or scatchy at all. The generous size helps to cover every nook and cranny of the face and neck without going over the area with the same area of used cloth which is a problem with many small sized wipes. With this product one wipe is all you need.

I usually use a separate eye makeup remover (my favorite being the Philosophy Just release me) for all my eye makeup but during my experimentation period with this product I have used this to even to remove my eye makeup which includs gel liner , waterproof mascara etc and it removes them with ease. The best part about this product is there is no need to rinse face after use. I wouldn’t recommend doing that on a regular basis but its good to know that on my extra tired days I can use this this wipe to clean off my face and directly hit the bed and be at peace that I am not doing my face any harm. After using the wipes my face feels super clean and soft without a hint of greasiness.

Fragrance:

These wipes do have a soapy clean scent much resembling all the products in the purity made simple line which I do not find too bothersome but it would go down in my list of favorite scents.. Overall I am happy with this purchase. If you are looking for a good makeup remover wipe I suggest you give this a go.
