Hope you are having a wonderful day! Today, I am reviewing a two-in-one product from Physicians Formula’s Super BB range. This is the Physicians Formula Super BB All-in-1 Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm in the shade “Berry Pink.” The shade number is 6402C.

My Experience with Physicians Formula Super BB All-in-1 Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm in Berry Pink:
Packaging:
The Physicians Formula Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm comes in a cute silver and white sphere and looks like an EOS lip balm. It is compact enough to be slipped into your bag for on the go touch-ups. It can be applied directly on to your cheeks and blended with your fingers or you can use a stippling brush.
Color and Pigmentation:
The packaging, though very cute, does not allow you the see the actual color of the product. The Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm in Berry Pink is a not a dark berry pink shade, as you might expect from the name. It is more of a light to medium pink shade. It applies quite sheer with one swipe, but you can layer it on easily to get the desired color intensity. Even with multiple layers, it blends easily without any patchiness.
This shade looks awesome when worn as a blush. It looks like the most natural flush of color on the cheeks and blends so well with the skin that the flush seems to be coming from within! But as a lip color, this does not work for me. The color is not dark enough for my pigmented lips.
Texture and Finish:
The texture of this Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm is actually on the drier side. Since my skin is very oily, I usually hesitate to try out cream blushes as I feel they might make my cheeks greasier! But this beauty balm goes on without any tackiness and gives an almost matte/satin finish, it has a cream to powder finish. But again, the dryness of the formula makes it less than ideal for use as a lip product. It is not very comfortable on the lips.
Scent:
The Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm has a mild synthetic fruity smell, but you might smell it only during the application.
Longevity:
The Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm lasts on my very oily skin for only 5 hours before starting to fade. People with normal to dry skin might experience better staying power.
Now coming to the 10+ Beauty Benefits this product claims to have: Moisturizing, Smoothing, Protecting, Soothing, Hydrating, Conditioning, Glow-boosting, Perfecting, Line-softening, Long-wearing.
I agree that it delivers all these benefits except for moisturizing and long-wearing. It is definitely not a moisturizing formula and does last long on my cheeks. I can also not verify the line-softening claim as I do not have any lines on my cheeks, but I am really happy that it does not enhance my huge pores!

Would I Recommend Physicians Formula Super BB All-in-1 Cheek and Lip Beauty Balm in Berry Pink?
I like multi-tasking products which help reduce the number of items you need to carry in your bag. But this beauty balm does not work well as a lip product. I do love how well it works as a blush. This is worth trying!
