Before you plan your diet menu pay attention that it fulfils one golden rule, ‘eat less calories than you burn’. And the best way to go about creating this caloric deficit is a combination of diet and exercise. By filling your plate with foods loaded with nutrients but low in calories, you’ll get all the fiber, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals you need. You may also find yourself feeling satisfied on fewer calories.

Eat small well balanced frequent meals. Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks each day. Space each meal or snack about 3 hours from the previous meal or snack.

Mentioned below are few tips that might help you plan your diet menu according to your body needs.
