  1. This question is goinna make us- the people who earn-so-that-we-can-buy-makeup think!!! Natural beauty is incomparable but there is a saying: God made men and Tailors made gentlemen..same goes over here: God made females, make up made belles!!! And ya.. make up is one aspect where good quality indeed is direct proportional to price of products.. :-))

  2. Money can buy quality and luxury, but it cannot buy artistic and aesthetic ability.

For our generation the lines are getting blurred though, we’re so quick to love anything with a fancy monogram on it. Ask me I’m guilty of it.

But as far as looking beautiful is concerned, I always find the people with the most confidence to be the most attractive. As trite as it sounds, for me beauty does come from the inside and not from a bottle.

  3. Sigh… :struggle: :struggle: :struggle: :struggle: :idk: :idk: :idk: :idk: ….I wanted to vote for the fourth option, but I found the second option most appropriate…. :struggle: :struggle: :struggle: :struggle: ….. :-(( :-((

      1. :sidefrown: :struggle: :struggle: :struggle: Grrr…….I am not able to vote a second time *****scratches head and refreshes page*********.

  4. Certainly not! It’s not the price tag on the product but the hand which uses it.

But i do indulge in few luxury brands (cosmetics clothes and accesories)…. i dont regret buying them coz my current job pays that sort of money :X-P: On a serious note, i always feel that how great my mom looks, :beauty: with simple home made face masks and scrubs…

  5. Lol..this question is like asking a child – what kind of toys can satisfy you? He can be happy with a small top and even with the most advanced child jeep or laptop!! πŸ˜›

For me, I don’t really need to spend loads in order to look good he he… ok! I am not blowing my own trumpets, but may be I’ve seen myself like this “simple and sober” since so long, and people around me have also gone used to it that just bare necessities to be presentable is more than enough for me..

But using these brands like Estee Lauder and Chanel, does has its own feelings. I feel special and like a child with a new and pretty toy, when I use them.

Ofcourse they don’t make much difference over what I look normally, still the excitement is something I really love to have… So my vote went to – “Who knows! but using Estee Lauders make you feel special” πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

  6. Second option, of course! Though have to add, buying Chanel/Estee Lauder makeup won’t be because its going to make you look beautiful – it would be because of the quality of their products, well at least for most sane people.    I am of course not counting the kinds who would buy it just because they have to blog about it :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

  7. Rightly said. But I believe you did a post about the lipstick collection you had. The lipsticks were for looking…..? πŸ™‚

Makeup may not translate into looking good but makeup IS done for looking good. Just like teaching may not translate into education for a child but teaching is done to educate only. πŸ™‚

But I would agree whole heartedly if you say that makeup is NOT necessary for looking good. But tell that to my wife. πŸ˜›
