I always go for a lipstick cos I have pigmented lips and a gloss wouldn’t look so great.. I the gloss is well pigmented then I might go with a gloss..
Or I’d top a lipstick with gloss..

I go for lippes as their staying power is much more greater thn the gloss…but looks wise gloss looks evn more sexy specially for an evening wear …but alas my vote is fit the lipstick *powder*
