My Experience with Pond’s Light Moisturiser:

Pond’s light moisturiser comes in an aqua green plastic tub pack with white cap. The tub pack is sleek and travel-friendly. The ingredients list can be found on back of the tub pack. This cream comes an with inner foil packing that sits on the mouth of tub which creates mess on the inner side of foil and a little product wastage. I must tell you that removing the foil is not easy. In first attempt I managed to peel off a small portion. The company needs to do something about this.

The cream is white in colour and has a very light creamy consistency. The fragrance is like some vanishing cream; but very mild and vanishes once the cream is absorbed into the skin. As it is water-based, it just gets absorbed easily once massaged over face and neck.

Pond’s Light Moisturiser Peeled

There was no white cast on my face. It does not clog my pores and feels so light on my skin. My skin felt soft and well moisturised. The soft feeling stayed for good 5-6 hours. It keeps my skin oil-free. It can definitely be used as a base for makeup. I loved its fragrance and good staying power. It can also be used as a night cream. It is a light day cream with the goodness of glycerine and vitamin E. As claimed, it can be used in all seasons. It will suit all skin types but for dry skin, it might not be enough for winters. As it is lightweight, it can be used as body cream as well.

Pond’s Light Moisturiser Cream

It is a decent non-oily cream but there is no SPF provided. Also, it does not help much in clearing the complexion but does moisturise the skin really well. The 24-hour moisture lock is not so true.
