We prepare ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally to welcome a new life with our life partner. Since we cannot wear a mask of makeup all the time here are some really cool tips that’ll make you naturally beautiful. Start following these beauty tips around six months before your wedding for best results.

Eat healthy

Include foods that contain vitamins, minerals, protein and Omega 3, 6, 9 in your diet. Cut down on fast food from your diet. Try to have 5 small meals throughout the day. Now, obviously, you cannot have a slice of pizza 5 times a day. 😛 Include a lot of sprouts, pulses, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish etc for glowing skin, healthy body and thick hair.

Stay hydrated

Drinking ample water throughout the day is really important as it detoxifies the body and gives you a glowing and healthy skin. You can incorporate some healthy drinks such as lemonade, green tea, sugar-free juices and soups into your daily diet plan.

Exercise

It is not compulsory to join a gym or workout for 2 hours everyday. You can simply do basic yoga to revive your skin, hair and health. Regular exercise will flush out the toxins and extra fat and transform your body before your wedding.

Sunscreen

This step is really important to maintain good health of your skin. You may get acne, dark spots, blemishes, and freckles because of sun damage. To avoid all these skin issues apply a nice layer of sunscreen with at least SPF 30. It is quite easy to get stressed our during busy wedding days. But, don’t let all this craziness affect your sleep patterns. Ensure that you get 8-10 hours of sleep every day. This healthy habit will reduce stress while increasing your beauty.

Advertisements and social media might tempt you to try new products during this period. But, don’t let them lure you. Instead of taking risks with new beauty products, rely on your tried-and-tested ones. This will prevent skin or hair damage.

Complete all your pre-bridal treatments like facials, hair spa, bikini wax, full body wax, bleach, body polishing etc. at least three days before the D-Day. This way, you won’t have to go out a lot. This will also give all these treatments the time to work their magic on your body.
