I had picked up a couple of products from the brand Purederm and I was using them for some weeks. From that haul, I am going to review Purederm Botanical Choice Exfoliating Foot Mask today. Read on to know how it fared for me.
99 PHP or 140 INR approximately.
My Experience with Purederm Botanical Choice Exfoliating Foot Mask:
Let’s begin the product review with the packaging of the product. The foot mask comes inside a sleek plastic packet. The packet bears all product-related information printed on its backside. Each packet one pair of socks type foot mask. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel friendly.
The actual foot mask comes inside a plastic packet. It is made up of soft material, just like other regular sheet masks. The packet is sealed from the top and has a line on the top through which a cut should be made to wear the mask like socks. This outer covering makes this mask mess free and it’s totally wet. A lot of serum was there in this plastic packet, so you have to wear it in a sitting position, lying down would cause the serum to leak out, and make everything messy. There is no adhesive tape or band at the ankle part of the mask. The size of the mask is large enough. The brand has also mentioned the size on top of the packaging. It feels soft from inside while from outside it has a plastic coating. The downside of this mask is that you cannot walk or lay down wearing it. So, you have no option other than sitting while wearing this foot mask. Also, the brand suggests keeping this mask on for 60-90 minutes, which is too much for a person like me to stay at one place.
The fragrance is pretty mild and not bothersome. The serum in the mask is runny and not sticky. I wash my feet before applying this mask. I leave it for around 60 minutes then wash my feet again as recommended. This is an exfoliating mask, which helps to peel dry skin and calluses with regular use. So, the brand suggests not using any callus remover or similar stuff on the skin. The sides of my feet have become really dry, as I am not paying much attention to my skin because of my hectic schedule. The mask does not dry out completely even after 60-70 minutes. The serum left behind is pretty easy to wash off and it does not leave any kind of residue behind. It does not leave any slippery feel on my feet.
After using the mask, my feet has become soft and smooth. It helps is softening up feet and in removing dryness. Also, I observed that it moisturized my skin well. I also observed that the mask helped to remove dead skin with regular usage. I have used four of these masks till now and I must say the skin on my feet has become a lot better. I am happy with it exfoliating properties. Though, the softness and radiance goes away after some time, this product has helped me in getting rid of rough and dry skin, calluses. I have noticed a drastic change in the condition of my feet after only two uses. So, overall I am impressed with the results.
