My Experience with Purederm Botanical Choice Nose Pore Strips:

These nose strips come in a pink box that doesn’t say which variant this is. But the drawing on the side makes me think along the lines of collagen and flowers. I really have no idea. The ingredients list doesn’t mention collagen anywhere, though. The box is pretty cute. The strips are wrapped in silver packaging. Each strip is individually wrapped, which is great. That way you can travel with a single sheet so easily. The nose strip is stuck on a transparent sheet of plastic which comes off very easily. The directions are really simple. You need to wet your nose, peel off the white strip and apply the shiny side of the strip on the nose.

You’ll notice that the shiny layer acts like glue when it comes in contact with water. It sticks pretty nicely and strongly so you don’t have to worry about it falling or slipping. These strips have a strong scent of what feels like harsh chemicals. The smell hits you as soon as you peel off the strip from the plastic sheet. But once you apply it on the nose, it kind of disappears. This is good because the scent is pretty strong. The strip, I must say, is small in size. It doesn’t cover up the sides of the nose very well. Also, it doesn’t cover the tip of the nose. I’d have liked it much better if the strip covered all of these areas as you get most of the oil, dirt and gunk stuck in there too.

I peeled it off carefully from the sides after around 10 minutes or so. I did not keep it on for exactly 10-15 minutes; I peeled it off when it was dry and crusty enough to get removed. As I peeled, I noticed all the gunk and whiteheads sticking to the strip as I peeled. I’m sorry for TMI, but I guess that’s what is most important in this review. It removes 85-95% of the whiteheads on my nose and my nose feels soft. I love using these and seeing visible results.
