My Experience with Purederm Charcoal Collagen Mask:

The sheet mask comes in a round, off-white and charcoal grey-colored plastic packet. The front side has the brand’s tagline printed on it while the other product-related information and usage instructions are printed on the back of the packet. Each packet contains one sheet mask. The mask is black in color since this one is a charcoal variant; the color mask of the sheet mask is also coordinated with the sheet mask. The sheet mask comes with regular cut-outs for eyes, nose and lips. The material of this sheet mask is thick and does not tear. Overall, I do not find any flaws about the packaging.

Applying the sheet mask is very easy – simply place the mask on your face and smooth it on the skin removing any bubbles. I prefer leaving this mask for around 20 minutes to let the essence sink into the skin. The size of the mask is large enough to cover my face properly. It has normal sized cut-outs for eye, nose and lips like other sheet masks. The mask adheres to the skin nicely and does not slip off. The mask imparts a cooling sensation to the skin. It feels comfortable on the skin. The mask has a mild fragrance and is refreshing, which is barely bothersome. The mask is properly moist with the essence. The essence in this sheet mask has a lightweight, water-based formulation, which is decent choice for combination to oily skin types.

The essence gets absorbed into the skin nicely without leaving any oily sheen behind. Though the mask does not dry out completely, but a still good amount of serum gets absorbed into the skin. I massage the left-out serum into the skin until it gets fully absorbed. The essence does not make my skin greasy at all. The formula is very lightweight and non sticky. The serum provides amazing hydration to my skin. It helps to cleanse my skin thoroughly pore by pore and helps to refining the skin texture. It takes away every bit of dryness and flakiness from my skin. After using this mask, my skin feels really softer and smoother than before. The hydration it provides to my skin lasts for a day. The mask adds nice glow to my skin. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the results of this mask.
