I have hauled quite a few products from the brand Purederm. Here comes the review of Purederm Exfoliating Pore Cleansing Pad. Read on to know how it fared for me:
Price and Quantity:
30 PHP or 50 INR approximately for one pad.
My Experience with Purederm Exfoliating Pore Cleansing Pad:
Lets begin with the packaging of the product – the cleansing pad comes in a small blue-colored plastic packet. The packet bears the entire product-=related information printed on its backside. Overall, the packaging is sleek, hygienic and travel friendly.
Each packet contains one cleansing pad. This is a dual-sided, pre-moistened pad. The pad is not too wet and it has the perfect amount of essence in it. The back of this one has a small pocket to give a easier hold during exfoliation. And the pad must be used following the two-step process. First, you need to use the front side, which has fleeced micro fibres. Then, follow up with the second side having an embossed fabric. This pad is meant to cleanse, exfoliate, tone and hydrate the skin. Though, we are supposed to use this pad on regular skin, but when I used it on clean skin, I was amazed with the results. I realized that my “cleansed skin” was not really clean. I observed a lot of dirt coming out under my skin with this pad. Please refer to the pics below.
The cleansing pad took away all the dirt residue left behind and deeply cleansed my skin. The front side exfoliates really well, but you have to be a little gentle while rubbing it on the skin, particularly if you have sensitive skin or it may feel slightly abrasive. It amazingly exfoliates, removing all dead skin cells, and small blackheads up to some extent. It cleanses my skin pore by pore and refines it. This is how it cleanses normal skin.
Now, let’s see how it works in removing makeup. I am really impressed with its makeup-removing properties. It almost removes every kind of makeup properly leaving my skin pretty clean. Though, it perfectly removes face make up, I did not use it on my eyes since it has a rough surface and our eye area is really delicate. Also, the brand has advised against using it on the eye area. The essence in the pad hydrates the skin at the same time. The product does not have a strong bothering fragrance. The essence does not cause any skin breakouts. It does not leave any oily sheen behind on the skin. After following both the steps, I rinse my skin using plain water. It gives a slight cooling sensation to my skin. My skin feels super smooth and soft. I have used a couple of them and now I am so obsessed that I plan to restock them forever. This is a perfect hassle-free product. I am head-over-heels in love with it. This is a paraben-free and inexpensive product.
