Queen Helene’s Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion

My Experience with Queen Helene’s Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion :

Frankly speaking I didn’t start using this lotion until recently and it is already on the verge of ending soon. First of all I love the fragrance of cocoa butter. So I gave one point after reading the name only. But sadly it doesn’t last for long. I apply this to my hands and on elbows. It doesn’t feel greasy at all. I hesitantly applied dime sized lotion on my face and my face felt very soft. The lotion got absorbed quickly and didn’t feel oily. I got little breakouts so I stopped using on my face. My friend says and I quote “Generally body lotions shouldn’t be used as face lotion because it is meant for body” and I reply “Yes, as you say teacher” 😛

My hands are quite rough and dry and it makes them soft to some extent for sometime. If I want to keep my hands moisturized all time then I have to re-apply the lotion every 3 hours. The texture is light so won’t do a good job on dry skin.

Pros of Queen Helene’s Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion:

1) Amazing cocoa butter fragrance
2) Affordable
3) Skin feels soft after applying
4) Travel-friendly.

Cons of Queen Helene’s Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion:

1) Not available in India.
2) Won’t work for extreme dry skin.
3) Can’t use on face.
4) Have to re-apply every three hours for constant moisturisation.

Will I recommend Queen Helene’s Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion: All in all it is an average product. You won’t love it but you can’t hate it also. Trying it once won’t do any harm.
