Quick and Easy Gold-Pink-Blue Party Eye Makeup Tutorial

Quick and Easy Gold-Pink-Blue Party Eye Makeup Tutorial

Quick and Easy Gold Pink Blue Party Eye Makeup Tutorial

A party look can sometimes take a lot of time, especially when I want to use 2-3 colors. So, after a lot of trial and error, I finally came up with this very easy to achieve eye look that takes just 5 minutes to complete (after I got the hang of it), but looks like I put in much more effort into it. It’s not too heavy but not at all casual either.  If you want to achieve this look in 7 easy steps using just 6 products (plus brushes), please continue reading. :woot:

Products Used:

Step 1:

Prep and prime your eye lids. All I used was my favourite concealer MAC Select Moisturecover. You can use a primer too if you want to.

Prep and prime

Step 2:

Apply a shimmery gold all over your eye lids and in the inner corner, taking it a bit on the lower lash line as well.

Lower lash

Step 3:

Then, take any pink you like and apply it in your crease; blending it well with the gold. Take just a little bit of it in the inner and outer corners too, to just help in blending it out; you want to concentrate the color mostly in the crease. Here I used a shimmery kind; you can go for a matte one too, as the gold base under it will add some texture to even a matte shade.

Matte

Step 4:

Take the same pink and apply it with a very light hand (or as you like it) below the lower lash line, making sure to blend it with the gold you had applied previously in your lower inner corner.

Step 5:

Now, take any blue you have, it can be a pigment, pressed eye shadow, baked eye shadow or even a cream eye shadow or even a blue eye pencil and apply it close to the upper lash line with any thin eye liner brush you have. You can make this as thick or thin as you want. Using a blue pencil or mixing some liquid (like a mixing medium or water) will give you a stronger color. I was going for a softer look, so I preferred to just use the pigment without adding any mixing medium to it.

Pencil

Step 6:

Take the same blue and apply it below your lower lash line and join it with the blue you applied in the previous step. Here you can wing the color out as much as you prefer.

Sensi Professional

Step 7:

Finish the look off by applying your favourite kohl pencil.

Mascara

Then your favourite mascara.

Eyebrow

That’s it, you’re done!

Here is the final look again.

Final Look

Hope you ladies liked this look. You can always dial it up or tone it down by using darker/lighter shades or more matte/shimmery colors. Remember, you are the “boss” of your makeup. 😉
