1. Oatmeal:

One among the easy ways to heal red, inflamed and itchy skin is using oatmeal. Oatmeal has skin soothing properties which can help in providing relief to the skin. Due to natural humectants present in oatmeal, it can keep your skin moisturized and healthy. Take some cooked oatmeal and add some yogurt to it. If needed, add 1-2 spoons of honey to the mixture. Massage your face with this mixture and wash off with water.

2. Cold compress way:

If you are suffering from red and itchy skin on the skin due to an insect bite, opt for the cold compress way. If the rashes are due to heat, cold compress method can help to treat the itchy rashes easily. Take some ice cubes and wrap them in a cloth. Apply on the affected area and repeat this method 1-2 times in a day. The cold compress can help to soothe the problem easily.

Take 2 spoons of baking soda and add some honey to it. Mix baking soda and honey together to make a thick paste and apply on the face. Wait until it dries, then wash off with cold water.
