Due to natural humectants present in oatmeal, it can keep your skin moisturized and healthy. Take some cooked oatmeal and add some yogurt to it. If needed, add 1-2 spoons of honey to the mixture. Massage your face with this mixture and wash off with water.

If you are suffering from red and itchy skin on the skin due to an insect bite, opt for the cold compress way. If the rashes are due to heat, cold compress method can help to treat the itchy rashes easily. Take some ice cubes and wrap them in a cloth.
