It’s a fact that our daily food intake and diet does not take care and supply all the vitamins, minerals, and other dietary supplements required for optimal health and well being. That’s where dietary supplements come to our rescue. All of us take supplements, either in the form of calcium, iron, zinc, multivitamins, etc. Even if we manage to eat a proper diet, trace elements like zinc and iron are hard to find in food products. Lack and deficiency of these vitamin and nutrients results in damaged skin, lifeless hair, and brittle nails. Our lifestyle also contributes to the damage. However, here’s a product that promises to provide all the necessary vitamins and nutrients necessary for healthy hair, nails, and skin. No matter how many costly creams we apply topically, our body needs to be nourished internally to look good. Reeveda Mayfair claims to nourish the body internally. Want to know more about “Reeveda Mayfair for Hair, Nails and Skin Care Formulation Powder?” read on:

My Experience with Reeveda Mayfair for Hair, Nails and Skin Care Formulation Powder:
I received a box full of 30 sachets (20 gm) each, worth a month’s supply, one sachet each per day. Since it’s an over-the-counter product, it does not need a doctor’s prescription, hence it’s perfectly safe to be consumed. Also, it’s free of added preservatives and colorants.
Each sachet is a powerhouse of 34 vitamins and nutrients to provide all-round nourishment to the hair, skin, and nails. I went through the ingredients list and was pretty impressed – check these out – skimmed milk, amla powder, pomegranate powder, milk thistle, green tea extract, grape seed extract, golden seal, calcium pantothenate, vitamin B, folic acid, Biotin, vitamin B12, iron, zinc, copper, chromium, and molybdenum. Aren’t you impressed? I mean copper, chromium, and molybdenum are rare elements that are hard to find in food products but then these are essential for overall health, and you get it all in this small packet. You can read benefits of each of the ingredients here.
Those of you who are suffering from premature greying, calcium pantothenate in this powder will surely help. It also is good to know that this formulation has been developed by highly qualified doctors and scientists.
Here’s how I used the powder – it’s suggested to empty the contents of the sachet into a glass and to add equal amount of water to make a paste, and then to gradually fill up the glass while stirring continuously. You can also mix the powder in milk, but since I hate drinking milk, I chose the former option, i.e., chilled water.
Now, the powder comes securely packed in the sachet and you would not be able to even detect the fragrance from outside, but once you cut open the sachet, the powder has a strong herbal fragrance. The elaichi flavor hits you only when you are gulping down the whole thing. Now, I really hate “elaichi” flavor, I don’t mind a teeny bit of elaichi in my payasam or laddoos, but a strong elaichi flavor puts me off completely. Now, my family loves elaichi, so there you go, it’s all about personal choice. I would have really loved it if they hadn’t flavored it (I wouldn’t mind mango flavor though :P)
Coming to whether it works, you have to consume the formulation regularly to see results. It does improve skin’s texture and my dandruff situation cleared up rather well with regular use. However, I didn’t see much change in my nails, they are as brittle and weak as they were before. Perhaps over the months, it would show better results. Also, I have seen less hair fall over the days. I have seen most of the effects on my hair, so I think those with hair issues should check this formulation powder out.
Like everything, the key is regular use to see results, just one or two packets wouldn’t bring about a dramatic change in the quality of your hair, skin or nails.
