Refreshing And Nourishing Watermelon Face Pack For Summers

Hello ladies!

Today I’ll be showing you a very Fruity, Refreshing and Nourishing Face pack. The other day, I was just watching some T.V and eating Watermelon and all of a sudden, an idea clicked. The idea was to make this face pack. I mentally noted it down and the next day I made this face pack. And I’m totally in love with it! The list of ingredients might sound too much, but trust me, most of it you probably have on hand! Let’s get started!

Refreshing-And-Nourishing-Watermelon-Face-Pack-For-Summers

Ingredients:
1. Multani Mitti
2. Besan/Gram Flour

3. Turmeric
4. Watermelon with its juice
5. Banana

6. Rose Water
7. Orange Powder

8. Rose Powder

Steps:
1. Combine the Multani Mitti, Besan, Turmeric.

2. Add the Orange Powder and Rose Powder to this mixture.

3. To this, add watermelon and banana slices and mash them very well.

4. Incorporate them with the dry ingredients and mix it.

5. To loosen up this mixture, add rose water and watermelon juice.

6. When the mixture reaches your desired consistency, put this mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. If you don’t have time for refrigerating it, you can definitely use this face pack as is.

7. Your face pack is ready to be used!

You will instantly feel refreshed and your skin feels soft, smooth and nourished.

How To Apply:
1. Always start with a clean face.
2. Take small amounts of the face pack and apply to your face, spreading it evenly and making small circular motions while doing so.
3. Let this face pack sit for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Wash off with cold water.
5. Apply a light moisturizer.

Note:
1. I always make a batch of Multani mitti, besan and turmeric and keep them in air tight container. It lasts for almost 6 months and is very easy when you don’t have enough time, you can just use this mixture, add some milk or honey or rose water and make a quick face pack.
2. You can either buy Orange and Rose powders or make them yourself. I suggest you make this yourself. Just wash the peels and petals of rose water and keep them under the sun for one or two days or until they become crispy. Put them in a mixer and you have your own dry powders!
3. You can substitute Rose water with milk or just plain water.
4. You can make this face pack using only multani mitti or besan.
5. If you have any other fruit you can add them as well!

c. It is also known for it’s anti-ageing properties.

3. Rose water:

b. It helps relax the skin and also maintains its pH value.
c. It fights acne and reduces the appearances of scars and blemishes.
d. It hydrates the skin and it also has some anti-ageing properties.
