Hello girls!

Today, I’ll be sharing the review of another sponsored product which is a stain from Revlon. I always dreamt of owning this stain. But, I just couldn’t bring myself to spend so much money on a product! So, when I got this opportunity, I knew the first product I was going to buy was this baby. Let’s get started with its review!

My Experience with Revlon Colorstay Milan Moments Moisture Stain:

Packaging: This stain comes in a rectangular body which is orange and black in colour. The name of the product and the details about the variant are written in white. There’s a sticker at the bottom of the stain which indicates the shade name and shade number. There are no other details printed on the sides. The twist cap mechanism works very well ensuring no spillage of the precious stain. It has a small wand with a slanted doe-foot applicator. All this makes the application super easy and quick. The wand helps to spread the stain very evenly. It picks up just the right amount of the product to fill the lips. Overall, I adore the packaging.

Colour/Pigmentation: Milan Moments is a very different shade of orange. I’ve never seen a shade like this before. It gravitates more towards peach than red or yellow. It may be described as milky-orange. It’s a very earthy toned orange and would suit almost all skin tones. I like how different this colour is. One swipe is enough to cover the entire lips. But, a second coat is needed to fill in tiny gaps and to achieve a perfect pout. I love how pigmented this stain is. After 3-4 coats, it tends to bleed, though. But, I don’t feel the need to go beyond 2 coats any way!

Texture: The texture of this stain is really very smooth and light. No matter how many coats you pile on your lips, it won’t feel heavy. The consistency is slightly on the runny side. It’s not too watery, but at the same time, it is not creamy either. I know, the texture is a bit confusing. But, don’t worry it’s good! It moisturises the lips while it’s on. And, my lips did not feel dry after I removed it. It doesn’t tug or pull on the lips. It doesn’t feel sticky at all. The look it gives to my lips is awesome. It feels like I’ve really worn a very expensive and high-end product on my lips. I love that too!

Staying Power: It stays for 4-5 hours with eating/drinking. It starts to fade after 2 hours. I like its staying power. Usually, stains of this consistency don’t last any longer than 2 hours, so I quite like it.

Smell/Taste: It has some smell to it which doesn’t bother me. However, it doesn’t have any taste to it.
