I believe that a perfect blue eye pencil is a must have for the make-up geeks these days. And this is the one that would end the search of many of them.
My Experience with Revlon Colorstay One-Stroke Defining Eyeliner Blooming Blue
This is an amazing eye pencil that can be used as a kajal and liner both. But a friend of mine had a problem when she applied it on the waterline. Lucky me!! I had no issues!!

I was always in search of a good blue liner that is both waterproof and long wearing. When I went to the Revlon counter the SA showed me this fabulous shade and I instantly fell for it. It has a very creamy texture and it glides on your eyes. It gives a fabulous definition to your eyes. Once set, it won’t smudge. :jalwa:

My hubby also complimented me for this liner! :yahoo:

It looks absolutely stunning even when wore alone without any makeup. :preen:
The best part is that it stays for a long time. This is the perfect choice for those who prefer long stay kajals and liners.

What I Don’t like about Revlon Colorstay One-Stroke Defining Eyeliner Blooming Blue
 It’s a bit pricey. Some women may not want to spend so much on a pencil liner!
 No ingredients list on the pencil. :nababana:
 It might not be suitable for some girls to use it on the waterline.
 I don’t find the pencil too attractive. It could have been a bit more chick-style in looks. It is just a personal preference; I like stylish or at least cute looking pencils more!!
 The pencil is very creamy and thus more sharpening is required. Hence, the product gets wasted. :poop:
 Not recommended to be used on the waterline if you wear lenses.
 It’s a bit difficult to precisely apply it on the inner corner of the eye; especially if it’s even a bit blunt.

Will I Buy It again: Yes!

Rating: 4.5 on 5(-0.5 for the price and packaging)

  1. That Shade of Blue is drooolworthy boootiful but not safe on waterline for lense wearers is a BIG :spank: :spank: :spank: :spank: :spank: :spank:

    1. i wear lenses, n i usually dont have problems with any kajal or pencil liners on the waterline, not even the ones with sparkles! :dumb: :dumb: so maybe it depends on individuals..

  2. I do have the same in Black colour. Super Duper pigmented..Unbelievable staying power..Glides like dream & Stings like HELL when applied on waterline.. 😥

  3. This is not at all waterproof and it smudges and gets spread everywhere near the eyes
It is really expensive and lakme and maybelline have much better quality than this
