I am one of those people who love to carry their world on the go. No no! I am not talking about travelling away from home. What I mean is I love to carry a huge hand bag with me on an everyday basis and 90 percent of the things in my bag are either makeup or skin care. Please don’t tell me I am the only one! After all our IMBB family is full of crazy makeup and skin care lovers like me! So coming back to the point, the main purpose of buying this retractable lip brush was to carry it with me in my makeup pouch in my huge hand bag. Let’s find out if it serves my purpose.

My Experience with Revlon Retractable Lip Brush:

The brushes that Revlon released in their new collection are Smokey Eye Brush Duo Brush, Lip Retractable Brush, Lash & Brow Groomer, Powder Brush, Contour Brush, Blush Brush, Blending Brush, Foundation Brush, Crease Shadow Brush and Concealer Brush. All these brushes are awesome but my personal favourites are the Revlon Contour Brush and Kabuki Brush. They quickly became a part of my makeup stash and my daily makeup routine. The Revlon Retractable Lip Brush, however, found a permanent place in my makeup pouch.

The packaging of this lip brush is quite unique. At least I haven’t seen a brush like this before. I had lip brushes in the past but they came with a long cap. This baby retracts and the feature makes it so convenient and practical as I don’t fear losing the cap in my bag or anywhere else. The body of this brush is made of metal with shiny red detailing on it. Also, the outer packaging of these brushes is very fancy. I must say that Revlon was smart to package these brushes so beautifully because they knew people would ignore the price tag and get these babies home.

The Revlon Retractable Lip Brush does not shed or feel scratchy or rough on the lips. I use it for lipstick touchups and sometimes to clean the rim of the lips with concealer when I wear liquid lipstick. Also the tiny size of the brush handle is prefect and does not weigh too much which is a great thing. It fosters smooth makeup application and is fairly easy to wash. Overall, I am superimpressed because it offers great quality and ease of application. The price sure is very steep, but I can overlook that for this good quality and packaging.

Will I Recommend Revlon Retractable Lip Brush?
Absolutely ladies! I highly recommend this Revlon Retractable Lip Brush to all makeup lovers as this is super high quality and professionally luxurious. But if you do not prefer applying lipstick with a lip brush, then skip this one. I do agree that it is expensive for a drugstore brand, but if you like it and will use it, you can ignore the price tag and get this baby home. You will surely enjoy a delightful addition to your makeup brush stash.
