I love rose coloured lipsticks and glosses. I think they suit me the best. I am not someone who uses dark lipsticks because I think my lips look thicker in them. It looks like I am all lips only ;-). I do really prefer medium shades or neutral ones. I bought this gloss a couple of years back and has been with me since then. Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Glossy Rose was basically picked by me because of the pretty rosy colour that I see in its cute little bottle.

My Experience with Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Glossy Rose:

The gloss comes in a sleek transparent square tube. It has a black coloured cap to which the doe-foot applicator is attached. The cap closes firmly to prevent spillage or drying. There is no scent to this gloss which I am okay with.

The texture of the gloss is thick, but not at all sticky. It glides on smoothly and the lips feel really moisturised and hydrated. The gloss contains some glitter which is not abrasive at all. Even though the lip gloss is very moisturizing, it does not bleed or smudge at all for the entire time that it stays on the lips.

The pigmentation of the lip gloss is not all that great. It gives a sheer coverage. It does not hide the flaws and pigmentation on the lips, but the gloss feels very light on the lips. It feels as if I haven’t worn anything on the lips at all.

The gloss is extremely transferable. The staying power is also not all that bad. It stays at least for 2-3 hours easily after which it diminishes leaving behind the glitter, but since the glitter is extremely minute, it looks okay.

Cons of Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Glossy Rose:

There are very few cons of this gloss:

• Leaves behind the glitter.
• The gloss is very transferable.
• I would have preferred better pigmentation, it is too sheer for my liking.
