This is a felt tip eyeliner with the product stored up in a tiny jar rather than in the body of a marker pen, as most of the felt tip liners are expected to be. I have never used a liquid eyeliner with a felt tip brush (in a jar form), but I rather enjoyed using it, so will continue using it in future as well.

My Take on Rimmel London Exaggerate Liquid Eyeliner:
I have loads of black eyeliners – in pencil, gel, liquid and all other versions, but it never stops me from buying more black eyeliners because a girl cannot have enough of these black beauties – just with a sweep, they transform a look.
Packaging: An eyeliner comes in a rather small, conical jar with just one fourth of the packaging, holding the product. Remaining three fourth of the bottle is a cap which holds a felt tip brush; it is stiff and can be used like a tiny felt tip pen. The brush has very fine bristles that draw a very precise thin line and hence is perfect to make a winged eyeliner look.
Color: Solid black color which gives an opaque line in a single swipe and also it is quite black in color; however, I have used black eyeliners in the past with better color intensity.
Pigmentation: Good pigmentation for a liquid liner, one swipe does not give an opaque line as I expect from most of the eyeliners; I add multiple coats to enhance the pigmentation without waiting for the line to dry out.
Shimmer and Shine: It does not have shimmer particles, imparts a matte black finish and I personally prefer it over the glossy one.
Wear Time: It gives a good wear time. This liner has a few minor flaws, but wear time is not one of them. It does not break or flake off and stays intact till I remove it at the end of the day with my makeup remover. It is fairly water proof and sweat proof and holds well on the lids.
This product is only for $6.99 and is worth every penny because the cost and performance of this product overshadows the minor flaws. I really enjoyed wearing this product and creating winged eyeliner looks with it.

Yes, because it performs so well, it is easy on my pockets, gives a precise line (winged look as well) and dries really fast. I do recommend this product to readers especially to those who love budget shopping.
