Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush Spring Flower
Hey all,
This is the second product I picked up from Rimmel London in my online shopping haul. Now blushes are something I have had very little experience with. Though I have always wanted to splurge on those cute little pinky peachy things whenever I saw them on the makeup counters, I never did for the fear of not being able to do justice to them.
But then, finally I decided to experiment a bit , and I got two blushes from the Rimmel London range in my online shopping haul. The first one I am going to review is’ Rimmel London 3in1 Powder Blush in the shade Spring Flower ‘
Price:
INR 485
About Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush-Spring Flower:
The blush is a trio with three different shades packed in a not-so-sturdy little box with a transparent lid.The lid closes with a click which is a good thing but am not sure the click would last long as the packaging feels a little cheap. It also comes along with a little applicator which I don’t really find useful.
This variant is a mix of three beautiful shades which can be swirled over with a blush brush to get the right shade suitable to one’s complexion.
My experience with Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush-Spring Flower:
I am a oily to combination skinned girl with a wheatish complexion. Though I knew multi-shaded combos of blushes always existed and I was always tempted by such combos, I tried a blush like this for the first time where I could get the desired colour by mixing three shades.
The three shades are,
1. A pretty warm pink
2. A peachy shade
3. A pale pink with slight shimmer in it.
I really love the warm pink shade that comes out as a result of blending the three shades. The colour could be sheered as desired depending on your liking. The staying power is decent enough but I would not term it as extra-ordinary.It stays on me for about four to five hours which I guess am content with.
Pros of Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush-Spring Flower:
1. Beautiful range of colours.
2. Blending well can result in desired colour.
3. Good staying power.
4. Affordable.
Cons of Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush-Spring Flower:
1. Cheap packaging.
2. The brush that comes along is useless.
Would I recommend Rimmel London 3 in 1 Powder Blush – Spring Flower to a friend?
Yes, this is something you could try if you are a beginner.
