I love lip balms, especially during winters because of its moisturizing properties. I have used several of Revlon’s Just Bitten Kissable Balm stains and matte balm. I am out to try other brands in competition. I found a colour balm very similar in packaging to Revlon but cheaper – it’s the Rimmel London Colour Rush Intense Colour Balm in Rumour Has It shade.
A rush of colour and moisture. Apply in a flash for long lasting wear. Lightweight long lasting intense colour and moisture. Intensely smooth lasting balm that is comfortable to wear all day. Colour rush for hours in 7 high voltage shades. Dermatologically tested.
My Experience with Rimmel London Colour Rush Intense Colour Balm- Rumour Has It:
Rimmel London Colour Rush Intense Colour Balm comes in similar packaging as that of Revlon Just Bitten Kissable. It comes in a twist up tube and both balms reminds me of jumbo crayons. Both tubes are of the same length and diameter in my observation. The only difference I see is the bottom part which you twist to propel the balm out. It is silver in Revlon and same color as the rest of the tube in Rimmel.
Each Rimmel Color Rush Balm has 17 grams of product in it and it has a sweet candy scent to it which I find pleasant. This colour balm collection of Rimmel comes in 7 shades which names I find cute. Like for instance, their red in collection is named The Redder, The Better. Other shades are Drive Me Nude, Not an Illusion, Keep Mauving, On Fire, Give Me a Cuddle and the one that I got is Rumour Has It. Cool shade names, right?
Rumour Has It is a fuchsia pink color, not too bright which I like. This shade reminds me of Revlon’s Smitten. I love how this shade flatters a wide range of skin tone since it is deep in color and I love how it brightens the face with a pop of color. It has medium glossy finish that has a beautiful effect on lips making it look plump, healthy and moisturized. Comparing the feel of it on lips, I find Rimmel to have less of the slip on lips compared to that of Revlon. Rimmel is thicker and when it comes to pigmentation and color payoff, hands down, Rimmel won it. One swipe of this product covers my pigmented lips nicely. It is buildable as well.
It has a decent lasting power of 5 hours on me with drinking and snacks. I love that this leaves a nice even tint on my lips that Revlon Balm Stains failed to give me. I find it moisturizing but Revlon is better in that category.
What I Like about Rimmel London Colour Rush Intense Colour Balm- Rumour Has It:

What I Do Not Like About Rimmel London Colour Rush Intense Colour Balm- Rumour Has It:
This is a wonderful product to try. I just deducted .1 from the score because I do wish they had more than 7 shades. Overall, this colour balm has the features of the balm I was looking for. I highly recommend this lip product.
