Starting with the new range from Rimmel London, eye shadow paint in the shade Rich Russet. It was an instant love and I am so glad that I picked this up. Read on to know in details about the shade.

My Experience with Rimmel London Eyeshadow Paint – Rich Russet 006:-

The eye shadow paint comes in a see-through tube with a black cap and lip gloss like applicator. The body has all detailed information regarding the product. Ingredients and date have been mentioned on the body as well. The applicator is functional and sturdy. You can pretty much go away using just the applicator. A brush is needed though to blend the edges; fingertips work just as fine.

The texture of the shadow paint is very smooth and creamy. It glides so well on the lids without tugging or pulling the lids that I tend to overdo at times. It has beautiful shimmers which gives the required glow to the shade without looking tacky or cheap.

Rich Russet is a beautiful bronzy shade with micro shimmers. It compliments my NC 42 skin like a perfect regular wear. It has the sophistication of a regular wear but also can be amped up with a bold liner for the party evenings. I have been partial to this shade and wearing it almost everyday since I got this. Super like the shade and ideal for the neutral lovers.

The staying power is worth mention as well since I have worn it for a whole day and it stayed just like that. I do not touch my eyes often, but even then it would not budge as it does not move a bit after settling down. Thankfully the shimmers do not travel all over the face on wearing for a long time. So full marks on that aspect as well.
