I had been looking for a good volumizing mascara for a long time. I use Maybelline Colossal Volum’ Express Waterproof Mascara, but wanted to try something new. So, I picked up this one. Let’s check out if it’s worth buying or not!

My Experience with Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Lash Flirt Mascara:

A volumizing and lifting mascara always sounds good. Who does not want to add volume and more length to their lashes! This mascara is quite inexpensive if you get it on discount. And, the good thing is that is always is on a discount.

Packaging: First of all, I absolutely love the packaging of this mascara as it looks very glam. It comes with a black sleek container with a royal golden cap. Also, the diamond detailing and the crown design on the cap makes it look so gorgeous and luxurious. *LOVE LOVE*

The wand is made of flexible plastic. I have never tried any mascara with this kind of flexible want before. This is really a different one. Combination of the bristles is nice. The bristles aren’t of the same length on the wand. It has longer bristles on one side and shorter bristles on the other side.

The smaller bristles really help to separate and define each lash. Also, they are easy to use on the inner corner and the outer corner of the eyes. And, the longer bristles are there to add volume to the lashes. I am impressed by this packaging.

Quality and Texture: This is very deep black mascara. The dark pigment gives lashes an intense black color. It looks very glam on eyes. This mascara has a creamy texture. When I wanted to swatch it on my hand for review, nothing came out. I was shocked and thought maybe I has got a dried up mascara. But, it looks perfect on eyes. It is not dry at all. The texture smooth and glides easily. It doesn’t dry out or get used up fast like many other mascaras. It does not leave marks on the eyelids either. It is easy to remove too. But, just be careful when applying it.

The wand makes reaching even the smallest, shortest lashes possible. This is not too thick in texture; it’s a lightweight mascara. It doesn’t feel heavy on eyes after putting even three coats. But sometimes if you apply too many coats, the wet formula of the mascara weighs down the lashes. So,  they can’t help you hold the curl well. Otherwise, it can hold curls decently. You would need a lash curler before applying it to get the perfect look. I can see the volume after applying it, but not so much volume with a single coat. It gives good volume with 2-3 coats. It looks dramatic on eyes and lifts the lashes well.

This is not a perfect lengthening mascara. Still, it makes lashes look more full and flirty. This is just  what I needed! I had this mascara on for a full day with no smudging or clumping. It can’t hold the curl the entire day, but still makes lashes look amazing. This is not a waterproof formula, but still it won’t get removed with water. It requires a good makeup remover to remove it completely.

It is one of the best mascaras I have tried out. It boosts up my eyelashes making them look longer, flirty and more noticeable. I absolutely love the wand. It creates a beautiful effect on my lashes.  I would have called it perfect had it been waterproof. But, this is the only thing I dislike about this mascara. Otherwise, it is a good product to try!

• Wish it added more volume
• Heavy application weighs down the curls

Would I Repurchase Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Lash Flirt Mascara?
Maybe yes. I generally prefer waterproof mascaras over washable ones. But still I love this one as it makes my lashes look more beautiful.

Would I Recommend Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Lash Flirt Mascara?
I totally recommend it if you want thicker and longer lashes. And if you are okay with its non-waterproof property, definitely go for it. Its wand is unique and works very well.
