My Experience with Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation:

The moment I saw the packaging, I was in love with this cute little foundation tube. I tried to apply it with a foundation brush, but somehow, it ate all the foundation and then I applied it with fingers. It blends like a dream. I have combination skin and this  is a perfect match for my skin tone, but after I applied it on my face, it made my face greasy.  Even when I am in an AC environment, my face looks like I am sweating a lot.  I applied Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in the shade Silky Beige to blot the oil but that also didn’t worked well. Although Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation doesn’t claim anything about coverage, it still gives me a good coverage, i.e., light to medium. It hides my uneven skin tone. I might use this in winters, but definitely not in summers.

  • Not for summers.
  • Stays only for 3 hours on me.
  • Doesn’t control any shine, not even for a minute, instead makes me look oily.

Do I Recommend Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation?

No, I don’t recommend this matte foundation for summers, but yes, its good for winters as we tend to have dry skin then, so this might work well during that weather.
