I have been experimenting with a lot of mascaras lately. It is something new for me as I have a lot of lipsticks, but I just own a couple of mascaras. This tube of Rimmel London Wonder Luxe Volume Mascara really grabbed my attention, so here goes my thoughts on this mascara.

My Experience with Rimmel London Wonder Luxe Volume Mascara:
The first thing that would catch anyone’s attention about this mascara is its shiny metallic packaging. Secondly, this mascara has a nice wand applicator which has a slim, curved end and the bristles are different. This is the reason I had bigger expectations from this one.
The mascara seems very black but it feels quite liquid . I like my mascaras to be thick, but not too dry – I would say something like L’Oreal Lash Architect Mascara. This Rimmel mascara takes ages to dry.
It does not mould or shape my lashes well. On the contrary, when I curl my lashes and use this, it just ruins the curl because it is so liquid. I agree that the mascara adds length to my lashes and they look longer, but the consistency is not my favorite. It is not at all ideal for lower lashes as it looks strangely longer than normal.
This mascara does not bleed, stays in place for more than 6 hours (even outdoors). The brush is nice to separate out each lash but I wish it would have dried faster and was thicker in consistency.
Pros of Rimmel London Wonder Luxe Volume Mascara:
- Nice attractive packaging.
- Jet black color.
- Makes lashes look longer.
- Does not bleed even for 6 hours outdoors.
Cons of Rimmel London Wonder Luxe Volume Mascara:
- Ruins curls of the lashes.
- Dries very slowly.
- Quite liquid in consistency.
Would I Recommend/Repurchase Rimmel London Wonder Luxe Volume Mascara?
No for both because I have tried better mascaras from Rimmel London earlier.
