I have a couple of glosses from Rimmel apart from the apocalips range.This is a gorgeous subtle pink shimmer gloss and I realized it very late in the day. The gloss is sooo pretty that despite shimmer I fell in love with it, just like the names suggests.Probably the only pink shimmer gloss that is not overly shimmery or sticky and stays too.
The packaging is simple but something is attractive about this gloss. The pink looks very magenta in the tube but on its own it is amazing, it is very light and the shimmer is so fine, it barely shine but on the lips, it looks the prettiest lightest pink ever.
The gloss is not sticky, feels like a creamy lip balm.On the lips, one even coat will give you nice hint of pink, it brightens up face in a very delicate sophisticated way without adding too much shine or shimmer. The color would look nice on college girls particularly.
Coming to the staying power, I was surprised to see it lasting for more than an hour which is rare for a sheer gloss.Post which there was no shimmery mess, lips were left softer. The color diffuses a bit to light pink no doubt but overall there is a nice hint of pink gloss on the lips.The finish is not too shiny but it is just there and very right. A very good gloss for college and for light day wear for clean pink lips.The pricing is great too.
