This range comes in a long cylindrical bottle with metal finish applicator. The name of the shade is mentioned on the cap. Some of the shades have their names mentioned in the front too. The long neck of the bottle prevents any accumulation of nail paint around the neck hence preventing drying of the nail polish.
My Experience with Sally Hansen Bubblegum Pink Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color:
As always, I got this one because I loved the name. Made me reminisce my school days when there were competitions between friends to see who blows the biggest bubble with a chewing gum. Anyways, bubblegum pink is a pretty pink that leans on the brighter side and not dull at all. It is lovely girly pink.Consistency is thin but workable; and is nicely pigmented.
Single coat goes a bit streaky but opaque, so it will do if you are in a hurry. But two coats give you a completely opaque color that is exactly similar to what we see on the bottle. However, care has to be taken as this is one of those shades that will put up a great fight to streak. So it is best to try to cover entire nail surface in minimum strokes. Sounds tough, I know but the end result is so pretty that I didn’t mind going through the trouble.
When I first saw the bottle from outside, I thought that it will be shimmery color, but to my surprise the color dries to creamy finish and the shimmers were visible only if I saw very closely. Drying time was very less even with two coats, hence again a win –win.
Staying power is good. It stayed on chip free for four days and I did not see any decrease in shine to; so yayyy!!!!
