How to Use:
Moisten body, squeeze out a small quantity of Santoor Body Wash on loofah, and work up lather with the help of loofah. Wash off and pat dry.
My Experience with Santoor Skin Care Body Wash Sandal and Turmeric:
Packaging:
The body wash comes in transparent plastic bottle with a flip-top. The flip-top shuts tightly with a click ensuring no spillage. The body wash comes in two size variants: 100 ml and 250 ml. I bought the 100 ml one which is sleek and travel-friendly. The other 250 ml one comes in a bottle with a pump dispenser. All the information regarding the body wash is provided at the back of the bottle. It also comes with a loofah.
Texture and Fragrance:
The consistency of the body wash is on the runny side and has a smooth-gel like texture. The body wash has an orange tint and a nice aroma to it. The fragrance is wonderful with strong sandalwood notes to it and the only hint of turmeric. If you don’t pay much attention to the fragrance then it smells just like sandalwood. The fragrance is strong but not irritating or overpowering. It actually freshens up the mood, and if you like such herbal fragrances, then surely go for this body wash.
Usage/Results:
Coming to the usage, I take only two-pea sized amount. It does not lather very well in this quantity but does its work effectively. It cleanses the skin properly and does not leave any residue behind. Hence, I don’t need much amount even if it does not lather that much. However, if you want your body wash to be all foamy, then this will disappoint you.
Post rinsing, it does not make the skin tacky or taut. But, at the same time, it is not that much hydrating or moisturizing either and you will need to apply a body lotion afterwards. However, it does make the skin softer and smoother. I always follow up with a moisturizer after the shower.
Post-shower, the fragrance lingers on for less than an hour. It has its own positive and negative outlooks depending on what you would want. But, for me, I would like it more if the fragrance would have lingered for more time. Overall, it is decent buy considering the price points and its features.
