Hey sunshines,

This is the perfect weather to indulge in some high-calorie foods and staying away from water! Yes, winters are finally here. Recently, I attended wedding. There I met a very beautiful lady. She was really graceful and dressed perfectly well. When my friend introduced me to her, I was really put off with her bad breath! Bad breath is very embarrassing, and at the same time a serious health concern. It can be a result of a lot of factors like smoking, alcohol, digestive issues, dry mouth, gum or tooth disease, eating foods having strong odour etc.

Method: Coarsely crush a teaspoon of fenugreek and mix it in a litre of water. Boil this mixture and drink it throughout the day like tea by mixing a spoon of honey.

3. Fennel: It helps in resolving digestive issues and has anti-microbial properties. Chewing fennel seeds after meals aids in digestion and also provides fresh aroma.
Method: Boil a teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds in 1 cup of water for 5 to 6 minutes. Strain and let this mixture cool down. Mix a spoon of this mixture and honey in milk to have a long-lasting fresh breath.

These are few tips that you can follow to have a healthy, fresh breath. Along with these, I would request you all to visit your dentist twice a year for dental check-ups as dental illness can be a crucial factor that causes bad breath!
