Hello, everyone!

It’s getting warmer here and we are doing day trips and also a lot of shopping in the city. But, by the end of the day, especially after shopping, my legs are so tired that they need a quick massage. I have read that blood circulation improves by indulging in a foot bath, especially in legs. So, I use this kind of foot bath once a week, especially on Saturday evenings. I have seen that my headache has reduced and I feel relaxed after a foot bath. So, today’s review is about Scholl Relaxing Bath Salts with Essential Oils. Let’s find out more!

My Experience with Scholl Relaxing Bath Salts with Essential Oils:
The primary packaging is a bottle with a screw lid. The screw lid is white in colour and is supposed to be used as a measure for the amount of salt for every foot bath. 1 cup is sufficient for a single foot bath. The salt is light orange in colour.
The bottle is transparent and sturdy. I take a small tub with warm water (around 45°C) and I immerse my foot into it. It’s important to keep complete foot and ankles covered. I add 1 cup of salt from the bottle into the bath.
The salt usually settles down at the bottom. I move my foot on the salt during the bath. It feels like a good massage. I keep moving my legs till the salt is fully dissolved. Overall, I keep my foot dipped into water for around 15 minutes. My feet feel extremely relaxed and energised after the bath.
The salt smells so great, especially due to the essential oils present in it. Inhaling the fragrance from the foot bath is relaxing for the mind, too. By the end of the foot bath, my foot is clean and all the muscles are relaxed, hence I feel energised. This bath would be perfect during cold winters to treat cold feet. This bottle will last around 15 foot soaks.
