I have already reviewed a couple of products from Schwarzkopf Gliss range and have really liked them. My hair stays pretty manageable when I wash them and use hair masks but in the time in-between washes, when I don’t pamper them, they become dry and frizzy. Hence I thought of getting a good leave-in conditioner from Schwarzkopf and here is the review of the same.

My Experience with Schwarzkopf Gliss Hair Repair Ultimate Repair Repair + Gloss Treatment:
Packaging: Talking about the brand I think Henkel came up with this brand because it wanted to mainly attract the youth. If you take Schwarzkopf professional range, it is highly priced for all the treatments and hair-care, so if a teen wants to buy a leave-in conditioner or a serum she wouldn’t bank on them. This leave-in conditioner comes in a plastic packaging which is see-through. The bottle size is almost the size of my palm. It is very easy to carry it in your bag so while travelling whenever you feel you hair looks bad or brittle just take it out and spray it and it looks beautiful again. It has a black label with the details which resembles this particular range. I can see two layers; one is the oil on the top and the other liquid at the bottom and you have to shake it well and then use it. It has a pump nozzle which makes it very easy to use.
Consistency, smell and feel on the hair: The consistency is like pure water and nothing more than that. I am happy that they created a water-like solution because the balm type leave-in products often make hair greasy and oily looking and it is nothing like that in this case. My hair needs like 4 to 5 pumps of this treatment and it will last for about 2 months if you spray it once every-day. It smells great initially when you are new to this one but once you start using it regularly, the smell might get irritating. But that is again a personal choice. It feels very light on my hair and it gets absorbed in a few minutes. But if you have thin hair, be careful with spraying it.
Results: It does provide moisture and makes hair more manageable. I spray it to my ends and all the frizz vanishes away in seconds. It made my hair extremely soft and shiny looking. It provides the exact amount of hydration my hair needs without making it greasy or weighing it down. It also adds good shine which is totally required for the thin, damaged and weak hair. I just spray it and it does stay all day long and protects my hair keeping them smooth and soft. And overall I think that this is a very good leave-in treatment to provide moisture and hydration to your rough brittle hair. I don’t think there are many leave-in sprays as cheap as this one so obviously it is worth a try. It will not provide extra-ordinary results but is capable of doing what it claims.

• Works like other leave-in conditioners.
• This will get over soon, if you have voluminous hair.
• Smells like coffee which gets irritating at times.

Yes I will purchase it again along with the other leave-in sprays from them. I will recommend it to those who want an affordable product from a salon-range; you can surely go for this as it does what it claims!
