Today’s review is about Schwarzkopf Got2B Beach Matt Surfer Look Matt Paste. I had seen this product on the drug store counter and always ignored it thinking it’s a men’s product until I learnt in one of the Schwarzkopf’s styling magazines that it is unisex and can be used just like a gel for so many hairstyles by women and men.

Use on damp or dry hair. Rub into your palms and tousle, twitch or flatten single sections as you like.

My Experience with Schwarzkopf Got2B Beach Matt Surfer Look Matt Paste:
The packaging is very attractive. There is nothing flashy, but I like the small metal container. It is a silver container with blue screw lid. The packaging is stable and looks sturdy too. It’s overall small and can fit easily into the handbag. I love taking such kind of products during vacations. It’s comfortable to try out new hair products and styles during vacations; people are seeing you for the first time and no one is judging you.
The fragrance is very very mild. It has a faint fruity smell and nothing more. The fragrance doesn’t last long and I don’t mind it. The consistency is creamy. It feels like a hard cream, more like multani mitti consistency. The cream is kind of ashy in color. It looks as if the product is grainy but actually it’s not. I normally use this product on towel dried hair. Before I style my curls, I always wash my hair and then towel dry them. I take a little quality of the product (groundnut sized) and rub it between my fingers.
The consistency gets better when rubbed and becomes easier to work. I tend not to use a lot of product as it tends to get clumpy and also gets difficult to wash off. The product has a medium hold. The curls or waves last for almost 5 hours. I don’t use any heating curler with this product. I create curls using my fingers and let the hair air dry. It does not result in curly hair, but wavy hair.
The big advantage of using this product is that it doesn’t alter the texture or color of your hair. It looks very natural. You don’t even have to worry if you get caught in a drizzle. The hair remains unaffected. It doesn’t get gooey like gels. I do not know how the product works but it works magic. It is neither a gel nor a wax. I like the fact that it’s easy and quick to work with and there is no need to add any extra product. The product also increases the volume a little. The product will last a long time and is worth a buy.
