We all know Schwarzkopf is a brand which has amazing hair care products. I have dry and damaged curly hair and I have done “rebonding” on them twice. I wanted to try Schwarzkopf Professional BC Fibre Force Fortifier Treatment mask and see whether it would help add some life to my hair. Now, on to the review:
As part of the Strong Bonds innovation, the Bond Connector Service offers Schwarzkopf’s first strengthening regime with Bond Connector Technology, available as an in-salon and homecare service. The BC FIBRE FORCE range is used 4 steps; bonding, fixing, sealing and prolonging hair bonds to provide increased resistance to breakage even on over-processed or damaged hair.** BC FIBRE FORCE Fortifying Mask is an intensive, rich repairing mask for the weekly care of damaged hair. Creates bonds inside the matrix and seals the cuticle. Strengthens hair fibers and adds shine.
How To Use:
Apply to mid-lengths and ends of towel-dried hair and work through. Comb through. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
INR 900/- for 150 ml.
My Experience with Schwarzkopf Professional BC Fibre Force Fortifier Treatment:
Packaging: It comes in a black plastic tub with a screw lid. I find the packaging attractive. Due to the tub packaging, I feel it’s unhygienic to dip in, but you can use a spatula to take the product out.
Color and Texture: The product is white in color with a creamy texture. It has a thick consistency, thicker than your regular conditioner. The product spreads well on my hair and just a little of this mask is enough to cover my whole hair.
Smell: It has a fruity smell to it which is not overpowering and the smell settles in a few minutes after application.
Effect on hair: As I have mentioned before, I have dry and damaged curly hair and I have done rebonding on my hair too. I feel too lazy to go to the parlor to do hair spa, so I thought to try this product. The way I use is spray some hot water lightly on my towel-dried hair (I feel it will help in more penetration of the product) and apply this product to the mid lengths of my hair and leave it for 20 minutes.
You can also use a hot towel and wrap it around your hair. Then, I rinse it with warm/cold water. I like how my hair feels smooth while rinsing and it requires quite an amount of water to remove the product completely. Upon towel drying, I feel that my hair is completely rejuvenated. It feels smooth, with no frizz, completely manageable and with curls that are more defined. I feel some elasticity in my hair texture and the effect stays for 3 days. I feels it does repair my damaged hair. I completely adore this product.
