Who doesn’t love beautiful and clean mane? I had picked up Schwarzkopf Schauma Roots to Tips shampoo and conditioner some time ago before I switched on to using hair masks and while I was cleaning out the closet, I noticed this tucked behind and so this is back in my shower and here is the review.
The silicone-free formula with Pink Grapefruit & Avocado-Milk cares your lengths and tips without weighing down the hair. Hair type: Quickly re-greasing roots and dry tips.
€2.19 for 400 ml.
My Experience with Schwarzkopf Schauma Roots and Tips Shampoo:
One of the reasons why I picked up this shampoo was because it felt like it was made for my hair! I have oily scalp and dry ends and this was tailor made just for me! The product comes in a plastic bottle and the quantity is 400ml. I was bored using the shampoo after some time and thus it rested safely in my closet. It comes in a pale green bottle with a silver top and a flip cap. The cap shuts tight and the shampoo is travel friendly if you want to take a bulky product! There are pink accentuates on the top, making it similar to the ingredients it has: Pink Grapefruit and Avocado Milk!
The shampoo is a little bit runny and is pearly white in color. It smells fruity. The shampoo effectively removes dirt and oil from the scalp and hair. The shampoo lathers well but if you have heavily oiled your hair, it takes two washes to get rid of the oil. The conditioner has to be followed up or else it will result in tangles. The shampoo maintains the natural texture of the hair. Coming to the claim, the product delivers 100%. My hair gets oily the very next day after shampooing and I have to take bath every alternate days. With this shampoo, I was able to keep my scalp oil free for straight 3 days and by the end of 3rd day, I noticed little oiliness like the second day with a normal shampoo and I took bath on the 4th day and my hair was still looking fresh and clean!
The ends were also nourished and looked bouncy and healthy! But the shampoo doesn’t deliver the results alone for a nourished look and has to be followed up with the conditioner. With the shampoo, only the hair looks clean but the moisturizing factor is hardly 50% of the results it delivers with a conditioner. It doesn’t weigh down the hair or make it look limp. It adds a natural bounce to the hair. The product is also silicone-free which reduces the unwanted chemicals on my hair which could weigh down the hair. I didn’t see any effects with hair strengthening but for what I picked this product up, I am satisfied with it. They have only 400ml bottles with this and I wish they make smaller ones.
