A very lovely hello to all my beautiful friends,
Today, I have got another beauty tool for you all. This time, it is an awesome brush (have I given away the review already??? 😛 ) to blend our makeup flawlessly and the best thing about this brush is that it is a gift from our loving IMBB team. I tell you, it was really so difficult to pick one product out of all the awesome and wonderful beauty products that we have in our beauty heaven. Its sibling Sephora Collection Classic Mineral Powder Brush #45 has received lots of raved reviews in the beauty community and has a lot of hype and hoopla associated with it. Let us see if Sephora Collection Classic Multitasker Blush Brush #54 excels in performance as its sibling or not.
What it is: A blush brush for applying mineral, powder, and cream blushes.
What it does: This brush is an extension of the best-selling Mineral #45 brush. Created specifically to apply various types of blushes, it features easy-to-clean synthetic fibers. What is formulated with parabens, sulfates, phthalates.
What else you need to know: The Naturon fibers are made from a synthetic PBT and feature waves and pointed tips to emulate natural fibers. They have been treated with an antibacterial treatment.
My Experience with Sephora Collection Classic Multitasker Blush Brush #54:
After my not-so-good experience with the Urban Decay Good Karma Blush Brush, I was looking for another blush brush since I was not at all interested in using the former, and just then I got this as a lovely gift from our beloved IMBB team. Thank you so sooooo much for this gift IMBB. 😀
The brush comes in a plastic wrap with a cute cover on the top which is really good as it does keep the brush protected from all the dust and maintains its shape over time. Also, it makes the brush very travel friendly (most brushes are travel friendly, I know!) in the sense that you can simply put this cover on the top and then you don’t have to worry about the brush losing its shape when in your travel pouch.
The brush is a little bigger than the Urban Decay one. The bristles are very soft and densely packed. The brush is angular with an oval top. The angle is really great and I feel it gives me more control over the application. The bristles are dual colored, soft, and does not poke or irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin.
I have also used this brush for contouring and highlighting as well and though I feel that it is a bit big for highlighting, it does contouring job very well. It blends the product flawlessly and gives a very natural finish. It applies blush just at the right area and evenly and easily. The brush does not pick too much of the product so no worries about over-application 🙂 The handle is a bit thick but easy to hold and work with. The slanted top is perfect to sweep the right amount of color on the cheeks.
The brush washes and dries well. It gets cleaned well with brush cleaner as well. It dries within 4-5 hours which is good considering that the brush is pretty dense. I have used it many times and washed it a couple of times but no shedding at all. Also, the brush has retained its shape very well.
Overall, it is an awesome brush and truly a multi-tasker as per its name.
