As promised, today, I will be reviewing the newer shades from Sephora’s Collection Cream Lip Stain. Sephora recently launched 27 new shades in their Cream Lip Stain range and I picked up 9 of them. The shade that I am going to review today is 41 Vintage Rosewood.

Packaging: These have a very classic packaging with a see through tube and a black twist up cap. The shade number is mentioned at the bottom of the tube and the range name is mentioned around the tube. The Sephora brand name runs across the cap. The applicator of the Sephora’s cream lip stain is a standard doe foot applicator.

Texture: The shade Vintage Rosewood is a stunning warm terracotta n*de shade which would look stunning on all skin tones. Even this can be worn as an everyday shade. The texture of Sephora’s cream Lip stain is a mousse texture and glides on super easily and smoothly on the lips. These are highly pigmented and deliver full coverage in a single swipe.

These dries down within 1 minute and sets into a matte finish. The thing that I like about this Lip stain is that these do not settle into fine lines of my lips and feels very comfortable on the lips throughout the day. These have a cake batter scent which fades away after the application. When it comes to lasting power, these last all day and are transfer proof. I get full 9 to 10 hours and these do service heavy meals. These do fade a little when you eat oily food. You do need to prep your lips prior the application since it clings onto the dry patches on the lips.
